Returns
Your satisfaction with our products is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price using the original payment method. If the product purchased has a manufacturer’s defect or if we made a mistake on your order, we cover all shipping costs for returns. Otherwise you will be responsible for paying all costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs if applicable are non-refundable. Belts that have been damaged or altered by the user are not eligible for return. Please contact us at support@beltsbyarnsworth.com to begin the return process. Once your return has been authorized, you will be advised to mail the item(s) back to us with any customer service correspondence to the address provided with the return authorization. You may use the same packaging it arrived in, or you may use another box.
30 Day Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if there is a problem such as your order being filled incorrectly, you may exchange your purchase. Belts that have been altered and/or damaged by the user cannot be exchanged. To exchange your belt for another product, please send an email to support@beltsbyarnsworth.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to exchange.
Warranty
Our company warrants its products will be free from defects at the time of sale. If during the first twenty-four (24) months of your purchase our product fails under normal use, we will replace the defective product with the same item free of charge.
