Shipping policy

All of our domestic orders in the coniguous US above $45.00 are shipped free with the US Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. Shipping using this method may take from 4 – 7 days for delivery, depending on your location. Our orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of processing. In times of exceptionally heavy orders, there may be a slight delay. At the time of shipping our system automatically emails you a USPS tracking number. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. If not there, please notify us and we will resend it.

If your tracking number indicates your purchase was delivered but you did not receive it then contact your local post office with the Delivery Notification and tracking number to inquire about it. This is the most efficient way to locate your order when scheduled delivery has failed. Please provide your post office adequate time to resolve the issue. This particular problem does not happen often, but anything is possible. If USPS is unable to resolve the issue, please contact us.
