All of our domestic orders are shipped free with the US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Shipping using this method may take from 4 – 7 days for delivery, depending on your location. Our orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of processing. In times of exceptionally heavy orders, there may be a slight delay. At the time of shipping our system automatically emails you a USPS tracking number. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. If not there, please notify us and we will resend it.
If your tracking number indicates your purchase was delivered but you did not receive it then contact your local post office with the Delivery Notification and tracking number to inquire about it. This is the most efficient way to locate your order when scheduled delivery has failed. Please provide your post office adequate time to resolve the issue. This particular problem does not happen often, but anything is possible. If USPS is unable to resolve the issue, please contact us.
We ship worldwide to most countries. For international shipping, we utilize USPS and FedEx. USPS usually takes 6-10 business days for arrival. International shipping rates are calculated at Checkout. FedEx deliveries to the same countries usually take 2 – 5 days. Deliveries are typically done within these time frames, but certain factors beyond our control may delay your delivery. As a result, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
International customers must pay any duties and charges associated with their purchase of our products. Since import laws, duties, and charges vary with different countries, it is the responsibility of the customers to be familiar with their obligations in their respective country or area. If your order is refused entry, we will refund the full purchase price minus shipping charges upon receipt of the returned products.
